Please read our policy, if needing to cancel or reschedule give plenty of notice.

All deposits must be paid to secure your appointment 

Deposits are non refundable, if you cancel your appointment before 48 hours you can carry out the deposit onto a new booking

Cancellation Fee, if cancelling 24 hour before your appointmet 50% of the service will be charged. If cancelling on the day of your appointment or don't show to your appointment you will be charged the full service charge. Failure to paying will result in no further bookings.

We don't offer refunds, if there is a problem after your service we will honour it within 72 hours.
